Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our local US warehouses, primarily our Dallas, Texas location. Some may be shipped from various FBA warehouses located across the US, Canada, or Mexico.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items will ship within 24 hours if your order is placed Monday – Friday. Orders will take longer to process over the weekend and during holidays.
After an order is shipped, you can typically expect to receive it within 2-7 business days if your delivery address is in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped by the date states on the product page. Multiple pre-orders with different purchase dates will be combined when possible and shipped together on the newest date.
We accept inquiries from customers for customized items.
All orders of custom designs and/or materials only begin production after final approval from the client/buyer and a deposit of 50% is received. Production typically has a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks, not including time needed for shipping logistics after manufacture is complete.
North American Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders from online marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart. This applies to delivery addresses located in the contiguous U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Please be advised that we are not responsible for delays or other complications during the Customs clearance process.
Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Customers from Mexico who would like to request a CFDI invoice are welcome to contact us directly.
Customers from other North American regions, such as the Caribbean islands, can contact us for a shipping services to transit warehouses. Additional charges may apply.
We offer shipping worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional customs charges.
