We always stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase(s) for a full refund, credit, or an exchange according to our return policies.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, hardware, and documents. We do not impose any fees on returns; however, please be advised that we do not cover costs incurred from return shipping.
- Damages during transit
- We do our best to ensure that our packaging protects our products for shipping, but damage may still sometimes occur. If this occurs, submit a claim along with photo evidence to the shipping carrier. We will follow up with you and the carrier for any insurance coverage or compensation.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, please repack your item(s) in their original packaging for return.
After your return is inspected and approved, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item(s) in our warehouse for processing. Typically, refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your original form of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
